“THE BUTTERFLY’S PAUSE”

Creating Our Time To JUST BE

Ever awake from a dream so real, you swear you were there? Ever awake from a nightmare, and you were grateful for not really being there? Well, what if you were really there? It’s possible that a part of your spirit was. Our lives sometimes can feel like a dream, or become a nightmare. How do we know that our “Dreams in Sleep, don’t mirror some of our spiritual lessons, and help us in many ways to make some new choices, or let go of some old resentments.” Nothing is impossible
unless we think it is.
Sometimes we feel like certain stages in our lives will never end. We may ask ourselves,
"When will this change?"

Or we may say, I just can’t do this anymore. Or maybe we long to just stop...pause...freeze the frame. Pause the motion to rest and re-group. We all need this time to reflect, to NOT do, to JUST BE.
It is very difficult to change anything when we are spinning on the wheel of life so fast we are dizzy. Now you maybe saying to yourself, well, I simply can‘t stop. I have bills. I have responsibilities. I will take a vacation next year. Then next year comes, and you are still saying the same thing. Right? Your belief may be to drive yourself into complete exhaustion all year, then take a brief vacation, and you end up coming back more tired than you were when you left.

Whenever things are too much, too frantic, too busy, too stressed, too overwhelming, our spirit will begin to cry out for time to rest. If we stubbornly refuse to listen, some of these kinds of things may begin to happen. We begin to lose things all of the time. We bump into things and smack our heads, or bruise our toes. We may feel incredibly crabby, or get headaches, sick stomachs, heartburn, have nightmares. We may cry for no reason, or yell just because we feel so frustrated inside. Sound familiar?

Your spirit is crying out for some peace...quiet...reflection...and plain old rest.
It’s time to cocoon for awhile.

Cocooning with your spirit can be done just a few minutes a day, or every other day. It doesn’t take a great deal of time, and if you choose to practice it, it will create a lot more calmness and peace within yourself. This time is simply a “pausing.”

THIS IS THE TIME TO JUST SIT DOWN AND THINK NOTHING.
JUST BE
JUST SIT... BREATHE IN DEEPLY.
AND JUST BE
SIT IN THE GARDEN AND LOOK AT THE FLOWERS AND JUST BE.
WALK ON THE BEACH AND LISTEN TO THE OCEAN, AND JUST BE
LISTEN TO MUSIC AND JUST BE
JUST BREATHE AND JUST BE!

Declaring this time out for your spirit can be done in any fashion you wish and whenever you wish. Allowing yourself this declaration of “Just Being,” will begin to show on your face, and create more peace and relaxation within your body and mind.

Sometimes, we just need to Stop
And Do Nothing.
And Just Be
